Answer: Linking an email is mandatory for registering Telegram accounts and there is no way around it. No one will recover Your purchased account through this email. If this does not suit You, You can easily link Your own email instead of the original one and You do not need access to the email that is on the account for this. Here is how to do it: go to Settings (Settings) -> Privacy (Privacy and Security) -> Login Email (Login Email) -> Change (Change email), then enter Your email and confirm the code that will arrive to Your email

>> Question: The purchased account has a password (2FA), what should I do?
Answer: If the account purchased by You has a password (2FA), then write to support , the issue will be promptly resolved: we will provide You with the password, or simply remove it. Also, sometimes some password is written in the .json file, although in fact it is not on the account. Therefore, if You uploaded accounts into any software and it says that 2FA is activated on the account, try enabling the 2FA removal/change function in the software (most likely it will say that there is no password on the account at all and the .json file will be updated), or contact support

Answer: Suppose You successfully logged into the account after purchase. And 5 minutes or a day, or a month+ have already passed after that, but suddenly Your session became inactive and access to the account disappeared. Yes, this sometimes happens and it is not the seller kicking You out of the account to resell it. Session loss is quite a frequent occurrence. Unlike a block, the account remains alive, but Your specific session, or all sessions on the account at all, are reset. This happens for various reasons: bad proxies or their absence, high spam activity on the account, very frequent changes of IP addresses, mismatch between the country of the proxy and the account registration country and so on. If You have such a situation, try changing something in the proxy settings and in Your approach to working with accounts 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MANUAL USE 

Download the Portable version of Telegram:

• You can download the Portable version of Telegram from the following link: Telegram Desktop.
  (Please note: problems with the Telegram version are possible).
• 1. Unpack the archive:
     
     • After the download is complete, unpack the downloaded archive.
     • Transfer the folder from the archive to any convenient location on your computer.
     • Connect a proxy in Telegram settings or to the computer.
  2. Transfer the TDATA folder:
     • Open the Telegram folder that you have just unpacked.
     • Transfer your TDATA folder inside this Telegram folder.
  3. Make sure there are 2-3 files and third-party clients are closed:
     • Before launching Telegram, make sure that 2-3 necessary files are present in the Telegram folder.
     • 1. • Close other Telegram clients if they were launched earlier.
       2. Ensure account security:
          5.1. Create a separate empty folder:
          - Create a new empty folder to ensure the security of your account.
          5.2. Add Telegram.exe from the archive:
          - Copy the Telegram.exe file from the archive and paste it into the created empty folder.
          5.3. Launch Telegram.exe:
          - Launch Telegram.exe from the created folder.
          5.4. Enter the phone number:
          - In the phone number input field, enter the number associated with your previously created Telegram account and click "Log in".
          5.5. Enter the code from personal messages:
          - Enter the received code from the personal messages of your previous account into the corresponding field and log into the account.
          5.6. End sessions:
          - In the open account (from where we received the code), click "Log out".
          - Then in the other account end the sessions to ensure security.
