If you use accounts via software (program), then these accounts can only be opened on software: Telegram Expert, TeleRaptor. We do not make replacements when using other software.

IMPORTANT! Log in using a proxy! Connect the proxy before logging into the account, otherwise there is no replacement! Use 1 IP address per account (under the country of the account).

Accounts may have a temporary spam restriction, which passes after some time. Only accounts with a permanent spam restriction are subject to replacement.
