Assetto Corsa is built on an enhanced DirectX 11 game engine, which provides an immersive effect, dynamic lighting, as well as realistic materials and surfaces. The advanced physics engine is designed to deliver ultra-realistic driving, including characteristics and features of real cars that have never before been used in any racing simulator. For example, tire wear reproduction and simulation of their thermal conductivity, including graining and blistering, high-level aerodynamics simulation: movable aerodynamic parts controlled in real time by telemetry data input channels, hybrid systems with kinetic energy recovery and overall energy recovery simulation. Both single-player and multiplayer modes are packed with the smallest details, and exclusive licensed cars are reproduced with maximum accuracy — all thanks to official cooperation with car manufacturers.

The ASSETTO CORSA simulator was created at the development department of KUNOS Simulazioni, whose office is located very close to the Vallelunga racing circuit, allowing the team to improve the game by communicating with real drivers and racing teams.

LEGENDARY TRACKS

The tracks are copied from real ones using laser scanning technology, which guarantees maximum proximity to real racing conditions.

The simulator features the Monza, Silverstone, Imola, Mugello, Spa, Brands Hatch and many other tracks, as well as a historical reproduction of Monza, thanks to which the legendary Sopraelevata gets a second wind — an oval-shaped track where races were held until 1961.

EXCLUSIVE CARS

The fundamentally new Assetto Corsa physics engine was created based on experience gained in close cooperation with the elite of motorsport, while guaranteeing maximum realism of physical characteristics and a feeling of complete immersion.

An engine of this level is ideally suited for use with licensed products: Abarth, Audi, BMW, Classic Team Lotus, Ferrari, KTM, Lamborghini, Lotus cars, McLaren, Mercedes, Scuderia Glickenhaus, Pagani, Porsche, Tatuus and many others!

HARDWARE COMPATIBILITY

Play ASSETTO CORSA with any devices: on a keyboard, gamepad, joystick, using a steering wheel and any other professional devices, as well as with popular sim racing systems.

Assetto Corsa features a career mode, a set of unique events and challenges, as well as fully customizable single-player and multiplayer modes, including quick races, personalized battles, race weekends with free practice, qualifying sessions and races. Races, drifting competitions and much more! Four driving profiles (player, racer, pro and fully customizable profile) provide any player with a comfortable simulator environment.

Enhanced settings and telemetry for data analysis; changing the state of rubber deposited on the track depending on the number of laps completed; a time-of-day adjustment mode in which the sun's position is calculated in real time depending on the track's geographical coordinates and the sun curve according to time and date — all to obtain the same lighting conditions as on real tracks!
