Video recording of purchase. For replacement/refund of a problematic item, the Supplier requires a video recording of the purchase. We have prepared a video recording FAQ. It is necessary to record the moment of purchase and delivery of the item with its subsequent verification, without interruptions.
A Discord account can only be logged into using a token. Do not enter the account credentials and password! Use only the authorization token to log in.
Before upload, the correctness of token entry was checked. In case of disputed issues when making a purchase, you need to record a video from the moment of purchase until checking your account.
These accounts may have been used, this will not be a reason for exchange and/or refund.
