About the game: 

Elysium: Blood Games immerses you in a world of blood, dark influence and secret deals. You play as an Arenamaster who manages a ludus of 3 fighters pulled from the ruins of an ancient city and trained in the art of spilling blood for gold. Your goal is to guide, train and prepare them for the ultimate goal: to hold the championship banner high.

Elysium features fully detailed warriors with 5 attributes + a profile image and a special trait that can affect gameplay in different ways, making them real personalities. Your task is to shape and guide them on their brutal journey and earn as much gold and glory as possible for yourself while keeping them alive and healthy. There is also a dark side: use your influence to buy various services to gain special advantages, bribe opponents with gold or use special potions to improve your fighter's skills.

The game has a detailed career mechanism, including injuries, a realistic aging algorithm and career arcs, various potential and development curves, as well as a training mechanism where you can specify which aspects to work on. Sign contracts with them that develop as their skills develop, acquire new blood in the off-season and compete against 9 other warriors hungry for glory of their own. Warriors eventually retire, are killed or die of natural causes, and the game has full tracking of highly successful warriors, championship winners and those who tragically died in battle.

• The game includes many built-in help features and tips to make learning the game quick and easy, while high-resolution graphics/interface, music and sound immerse you in the process.

• Full replayability — warriors, potions, schedules — everything is randomly generated every time you start a new game. No two setups are ever the same.

• Play other matches, bribe opponents, advertise your matches for more income, complete secret tasks for rewards and move to larger venues as you accumulate career victories. 12 special match types change the experience: Flaming Swords, lions, extra gold or even the rare “Sudden Death” match!

• Use various dark methods to increase your warrior's chances: buy drinks for your warrior to drink to increase attributes, or buy special favors (more than 40 in the game) using your influence gained from match victories.

• A full-fledged built-in career engine, including injuries, retirement, aging and a wide variety of development arcs, making the game constantly changing and evolving over time. The game also has history tracking, such as championship winners, retired / killed warriors, Hall of Fame performers and much more.

• Thousands of highly detailed battle texts bring combat to life, with realistic ebbs and flows, dizzying counterattacks, bleeding and sound effects that immerse you in the action, with a full breakdown of statistics at the end of each fight: hit percentage, average damage, etc. Control every movement of the fighter during combat (lunge, normal, defensive or aim for a vein to cause bleeding) or set him in position and watch the battle unfold. The choice is yours.

• At the end of each season, make contracts, recruit new blood into the league and add to your personal manager statistics, which can affect your “character” in the game. Compete in single-elimination playoff tournaments, where losers go home!
