About the game:
HELI HEROES updates old-school arcade "shoot 'em up" games into a new dimension on modern PCs. You command an AH-64 Apache Longbow or a Russian Hokum helicopter. The goal is to fly through various levels and complete mission objectives. During missions, you will find various types of weapons and additional offensive and defensive systems. The look of the game consists of a three-dimensional landscape over which you fly in a helicopter. The combination of reality and science-fiction missions ranges from destroying Iraqi oil fields to fighting "Big Boss" enemies in Alaska.
STORY

"Revolution Now," the most formidable terrorist group in existence, is on the verge of creating a new world order. Your task, if you are crazy enough to accept it, is to defeat them at any cost.
Commanding an AH-64 Apache Longbow or a Russian Hokum helicopter, your goal is to fly through various levels and complete the assigned objectives. During your adventures in HELI HEROES, you will find various types of weapons, bonus items, and additional offensive and defensive systems. The very survival of the world depends on you: it is time to accept the challenge and put an end to global terrorism – put an end to Revolution Now.
