About the game
The Horror Occultist is a first-person psychological horror built on atmosphere, tension, and a growing sense of fear.
The action takes place in a forgotten forest consumed by darkness, where the ruins of an abbey are hidden, beneath which something ancient was once sealed… and then awakened.
This is not a game about constant action.
This is a game about fear that grows… and does not let go.
A place that should not exist
Deep in the forest, far from roads and maps, there is a place that seems to have disappeared from people's memory.
An old abbey, abandoned after events no one talks about.
Many years ago, monks found something underground.
Not a ghost.
Not a demon.
Something much older.
They tried to contain it — with rituals, symbols, and faith.
They failed.
The Ritual
Time passed.
The place was forgotten.
Until others found it.
Cultists.
They did not try to stop what was hidden beneath the ruins.
They came to awaken it.
The ritual got out of control.
The abbey collapsed.
The forest changed.
And what was sealed…
