Uncanny Tales: Cold Road is the first episode of the series.
Late evening, a snowstorm, the eve of the New Year holidays… The main character is driving to her parents' house for the winter holidays. To avoid traffic jams, she chooses a less busy and more secluded road. But the trip becomes dangerous — losing control, she gets into an accident.
Coming to, she realizes there is no signal, and the storm is only getting stronger. The only way out is to find help. Leaving the car, she heads into the forest and soon comes across an old house. A kind elderly woman welcomes her inside, offering warmth, hot tea, and a place to rest.
But, waking up in the middle of the night to strange sounds, she soon realizes — she is not alone in this house…
